What training would you really like to have on the Plum.System LMS?
If I were to select training on the Plum Systems LMS, I would prioritize courses that strengthen both my technical expertise and my ability to contribute to larger projects. On the technical side, I would really value advanced training in cloud computing (AWS/Azure), cybersecurity practices, and modern frameworks like React Native or Flutter for cross-platform mobile development. These areas directly align with the kinds of projects Plum Systems is involved in and would allow me to build more scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions.

I would also like training focused on DevOps tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes) and software architecture best practices, since they are critical for building enterprise-level applications and ensuring smooth deployment pipelines. In addition, some structured learning around project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Kanban) would help me strengthen my collaboration with different teams and contribute to projects beyond just coding.

Lastly, I would be interested in training that focuses on soft skills such as communication, leadership, and client engagement. As I grow in my career at Plum Systems, these skills will enable me to take on more responsibility, mentor others, and represent the company confidently in client-facing situations.

During my time at Plum Systems, I have gained valuable hands-on experience that has not only enhanced my technical abilities but also deepened my understanding of how technology supports real business needs. I have consistently applied myself to contribute to projects in web, mobile, and API development, working with technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to deliver reliable solutions. Beyond the technical side, I have also learned to work within the team’s workflow, meeting deadlines and adapting quickly to changing requirements.
